Rocky horror show
Wow, last week on Friday, I with my classmate went to see the Rocky horror show. Before that time, I was excited to see this show because I heard it had been weird and dreadful. Therefore, I would like to confirm how weird this show displays. It was late (11:45pm), but this could not reduce the interest and passion that many people posssed. They wore sexy clothes in mainly black and red color. I sat with my friends for a while to wait my classmate came. Despite of the sleeping my eyes couldnot close because of my attention to their faces, clothes, and actions. Sitting for a long time, but I did not see my classmates. I and my friends decided to go inside, settling down. More and more people were coming, wearing fancy, flirtatous and hot designs. They took picture with sexual and arousing postures, revealing skinships even they have the same sex. As expected, the show began with a round of applause. Mainly, the show was musical, exposing sexual actions which was followed by a live performing. People enjoyed it by following each action which made me think that they were addictive to this movie. I could not imagine that their individualism was extremely vigousrously. Should I show mine tooooooooooo?

Savers
Last week, my professor assigned us to buy any unusual items that we normally do not wear. On Saturday, I went to Savers to purchase an odd thing. At first glance, my attention to wigs was called, but they did not fit my head. Therefore, I decided not to buy them. Instead, I bought a white ribbon made by a wig. When I sported it, I looked cool and felt comfortable in the new hair, wearing what I want and not to be forced by complying with etiquette. That also made me look funny and different because I changed a little bit of my physical appearance, portraying a new image. The wig transformed me, revealing my individuality and characteristics. This really made me stand out among other people. On Monday, I wore it outside of my classes and some people did not notice me because they walked pass me. They did not see that half of my hair was black and the other was white. Some others stared and scrutinized me from my head to my toes. I was not certain about their perceptions, negative or positive, but definitely my new hairdo seemed to draw attention. Maybe they thought that I was out-of-style, old-fashioned, or too conservative.

Practice food
Food
I had a leisurely time cooking and eating dinner with my friends. It was a superb and fascinating moment for us to get together to cheer up for a new semester. A lot of luscious foods and drinks were served as a strong adhesive to connect us. A table was carefully prepared with clean forks, spoons, and knives and a white cloth. In the center of the table, chopsticks stood out by being shaped as a fancy paper fan. We started the meal with an appetizer, enjoying fresh spring rolls which are made of shrimp, dill, parsley, and cilantro. The raw materials are skillfully wrapped in rice sheets in order to dip in a fish sauce, which was smelly. For the main dish, we ate a yummy beef mixed with mushrooms, fresh asparagus, and soft salmon. The dish that elicited emotions and memories was the beef with mushrooms. That was a miscellany of the tastily rich mushrooms which were fried with butter and green onions and grilled beef which was marinated in red wine, meat tenderizer, parsley, and garlic powder. To enhance the flavor of the beef, we made a sauce which included cream style horse radish, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Worcestershire Sauce. We enjoyed it so much that we finished all the meat. There were also various choices of drinks. We could choose water, orange juice, lemonade, or wine. In a yellow and romantic light, we closely talked, sharing stories about each other. More than at any other time, we apprehended challenges that each of us had to face. We finished the party in a warm atmosphere with a scrumptious dessert, custard pie with cool whip. The pie was creamy, mushy, and tasty, evoking wonderful experiences for each of us.

Ideal Lover
Ideal Lover
Once upon a time there were three beautiful triplets: Cinderella, Gabriella, and Pricilla. Everything about them was perfect: beautiful eyes and hair, figures like angels, and wealthy parents. But, these sisters were more than just skin deep. They were humble with their fortune, had a volunteering spirit, and had compassion for the poor and needy.
The sisters were best of friends. However, they had very different personalities and very separated friend groups. In fact, the girls hardly associated with each other while at school. Cinderella was tall with long blond hair. She had everything going for her including being the top of the pyramid and dating the star quarterback of the football team, Gerry. Gabriella had dirty brown hair and was average in every since of the word, except for her intelligence. Gabriella was the section leader of the speech and debate team and was dating the captain of the math team, Peter. Not to be forgotten, the youngest of the three, by ninety-two seconds, was Pricilla. Pricilla was the spitfire of the family. She had blazing orange hair and loved nothing more than art, music, and making a statement. Pricilla’s boyfriend, Charlie, was also very creative.
It was late November when tragedy struck the sisters. Within hours Cinderella fell from the top of her cheerleading pyramid and broke her leg, Gabriella got rejected form being admitted to Harvard, and Pricilla was awarded last place at the national art show. While the sisters were experiencing this heartache their boyfriends were blessed with success. Within the same day as the girls’ troubles, Gerry lead the football team to victory at state, Peter got a full ride to Yale, and Charlie won the first place ribbon and $10,000 at an art show. Because of the competitive nature of each person all three couples decided it would be best to take a long break.
Not being in a relationship was something very new to all six individuals. It gave them the chance to step outside their comfort zones and interact with other social groups. In fact, on that same day Charlie, the creative one, saw Cinderella sitting all by herself watching her squad practice. He went over to her and drew a picture on her cast. This was just the thing she needed to cheer her up. Gerry, the athlete, was not doing well in his calculus class. He decided to approach Gabriella to help him raise his grade. There was an instant connection between them. Also, on that same day, Peter, the intellectual, went to the school’s art gallery and fell in love with one of Pricilla’s paintings. The art brought them together.
That night, the sisters were astounded by the irony of the situation. They had all fallen in love with each other’s ex-boyfriends. The next day all six of them got together to try to understand how everyone was feeling about the situation. They all were very excited that they were able to break the social norms of high school and meet their other opposite and complementing half.
The unity the new couples transcended into unity of the whole school. Because of the three sisters, there was no more division among social groups from that point on.
The End.

Curiosity
Curiosity is an indispensable factor in human’s life, navigating us to the success. Friedman gives us an equation: CQ+PQ > IQ (Curiosity Quotient plus Passion Quotient is more important than Intelligence Quotient) to enhance our curiosity, as well as carry out our passion. Over the last two weeks I took three tests online and gained experience: for IQ, PQ, they were both shorter than I expected. I thought it was filled with details and complication but it was interesting to know my IQ, PQ; for CQ, the structure which seems long, including 240 questions, find the situation quite opposite. Sometimes I was confused about the meaning of questions because they are closely related. Moreover, my answers depended on certain circumstances. It is believed that people make use of education to satisfy the curiosity. By taking more classes, I think that I can boost my curiosity. I always wanted to know more about computer so that I attend IS. Even though I have not got much experience, this class seems amusing to me. To indentify and pursue my passion, I am willing to discover more information about the subject that I care. Also, there are more classes which meet my need both satisfy my curiosity and implement my passion. If I have to take a class or an assignment that I am neither curious nor passion about, I will try to create them by finding some information more meaningful and fascinating. In other words, I attempt to connect what I learn and what I like. To get through those classes and assignments, the industry, diligence, and perseverance assist me complete the tasks. Hope, optimism, future-mindedness, creativity, ingenuity, and originality are strengths to help me succeed in classes that I have less a passionate interest in.
